Re-constructed eYe Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçons Man x Post O'Alls / Post Overalls Collaboration Indigo Denim Tailored Jacket

This jacket is a version of an original Engineers' Jacket by Post Overalls / Post O'Alls as re-worked by eYe Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçons Man for their Spring — Summer 2009 collection. Post Overalls / Post O'Alls, a staple brand name of Pantograph, Inc., an American manufacturer of vintage-inspired garments since 1993, which has its primary design roots in work clothes and military outfits.

A ready-made Post O'Alls Engineers' Jacket manufactured of indigo-dyed 10 oz Japan-made denim was taken apart, completely re-cut and sewn back together, a worwkear garment thus assuming the shape of a tailored formal jacket. Such original features of the jacket as Post O'Alls-branded donut-type buttons, Post O'Alls label on the left chest pocket and original buttonholes are retained whilst contrasting panels of dark grey cotton and linen mix denim fabric on the collar, shoulders, sides and sleeves, white contrasting stitching, new buttonholes, patch side pockets, single vent and oversized JW CdG Man-signed brass buttons are added by eYe Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçons Man.

Condition: Excellent pre-owned.

Fabric Composition: 100% Japan-made 10 oz indigo-dyed denim. Attached fabric is 60% cotton and 40% linen.

Available in Size: Medium. Please check the actual measurements: armpit to armpit (chest) 21 inches/53.5 cm, base of collar to bottom (total length) 29 inches/73.5 cm, shoulder seam to shoulder seam (shoulder) 17 inches/43 cm, armpit to cuff (inside sleeve) 19 inches/48 cm, shoulder seam to cuff (outside sleeve) 27 inches/69 cm.

Made in Japan.
