Limited Edition Undercover Co., Ltd. by Jun Takahashi Distressed 3/4 Length Trousers
These unique 3/4 trousers are from the Spring — Summer 2009 "Neo Boy" Undercover Collection, inspired by and called after Patti Smith's poem with the same name. The poem was specifically re-worked by Patti Smith for Jun Takahashi's "But Beautiful" Collection and excerpts from its lyrics are stitched out around the front pockets of the trousers. The small lightning bolt design below the left knee of the trousers and a large lightning bolt stitched over the right rear pocket reproduce Patti Smith's tattoo.
The trousers are made of distressed medium-weight cotton fabric and feature unfinished fraying hems, a large "mended" hole across the left knee, a slash pocket on the left leg with a brass YKK zipper, 3 wide belt hoops (2 at the front and 1 at the back) and 2 narrow belt hoops at the sides. 2 side pockets and 2 back pockets with buttons. The trousers are lined in woven Madras check fabric.
Fabric composition: 100% cotton.
Condition: New with tags.
Size: Waist 32 inches (labelled as 3). Actual measurements when laid flat: Waist measures 16 inches/41 cm across, inseam 16 inches/40 cm, U or rise measurement (from front top of the waistband going under the crotch then to the back top of the waistband) 25 inches/64 cm, front crochet (from top of the jean to the crotch - point of intersection of the two legs of the jean) 10 inches/25 cm, outseam 25 inches/64 cm, hem width 10 inches/25 cm.
