These sandals are a collaboration between Jun Takahashi of Undercover Co., Ltd./Undercoverism and Papillio, a brand made by Birkenstock, a German manufacturer of sandals and other shoes, notable for their contoured cork footbeds conforming to the shape of their wearers' feet.
The sandals feature a polyurethane rather than traditional Birkenstock leather upper with a unique black and white pattern designed by Jun Takahashi. The sandals retain their original Papillio and Birkenstock branding but also feature the URCRISM WE MAKE NOISE NOT CLOTHES logo in blue paint on the outward side of each sandal.
